Processing time
Orders are typically poured, cured, and ready to ship within 2–4 business days. During new collection launches and the holidays this can run a touch longer — if we ever need more time, we'll email you so you're never left guessing.
Free shipping & rates
Shipping is free on all U.S. orders over $70. For orders under $70, a flat rate is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay — no surprises at the end.
Tracking
The moment your order leaves the studio, we'll send a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your candles all the way to your door.

Packed with care
Soy wax is sensitive to heat and rough handling, so every vessel is cushioned and packed with care. If anything arrives less than perfect, our 30-day promise has you covered.
